The Signs of the Times and the End of the Age

Luke 21:8

⁸ And He said: “Take heed that you not be deceived. For many will come in My name, saying, ‘I am He,’ and, ‘The time has drawn near.’ Therefore do not go after them.

Jesus said that in the last days many people will come and proclaim to be Jesus Himself. Jesus warned every believer not to fall for the Satan’s lies. Satan’s objective is to deceive people. That is the reason the world we live in is always under a deception. People deceive people and in turn are deceiving themselves by falling for their own desires.

It is very important for a believer to spend time in prayer and meditate on the Word of God. Otherwise it is very easy to be deceived by this world’s religion. For a born again believer does not walk by sight but walks solely by faith. Faith is something that we cannot see. Instead when we surrender ourself to the authority of Jesus Christ, then we are led by Him alone. Surrendering means obeying Jesus Christ in every area of our lives. He will teach us what is right and wrong.

Let us all make our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ as the head of our body, so that we will no longer be deceived by the Satan’s tactics and believe in his lies. Let us all believe in God the Father who sent Jesus Christ into this world as a sacrifice for us. Lord Jesus Christ is the King of kings and the Lord of lords.
