The return of Jesus Christ
Acts 1:11
“This same Jesus, who was taken up from you into heaven, will so come in like manner as you saw Him go into heaven.“
Jesus is coming back. Just the way He was taken into heaven, He will return in like manner. The question we need to ask ourselves is that are we able stand at His return? Are we prepared to do that? No one can stand in His presence unless the authority has been given to us by God the Father. And all those who have no authority will be put to shame during the second coming of Lord Jesus Christ.
Here is the analogy: Suppose a VIP is visiting a certain place, let’s say. Before the VIP’s visit, the whole area is screened, cleaned and decorated and people those who will be around the VIP will be screened and cleared to meet the VIP. All others will not have any chance of meeting the VIP. A VIP of this world can only have authority over a certain area. But our Lord Jesus Christ during His second coming will have authority not just over a certain area but over the entire world because He is the Son of God. All of those who have not been given the clearance to meet Him will be unable meet Him. But instead they all will be left in shame.
In this world today there are many who mock Christ Jesus and are ashamed to call on His name. During Christ’s second coming, Jesus will not recognize those who mocked Him nor will He offer truce. But a severe judgment will fall on the Nations that disobeyed Him and His children. Now is the time to receive His grace. There’s a time approaching that the grace will no longer exist. Before that happens God is allowing us all to repent and confess our sins to Him through His Son Jesus Christ.
May our Lord Jesus Christ bless us all! In Jesus precious name! Amen.
Maranatha!
