Romans 3:23
for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God,
The Bible is the only book in the world that deals with the sin problem. There is no other evidence that is presented in any other book or any other written form. There are so many false doctrines that are floating in this world. Islam is one of them. Their religion teaches them that their god does not talk to them at all. He speaks sometimes through visions according to their teachers. Most of the talking that their god did was through Gabriel and through Muhammad. Satan has the power to sift peoples minds. The devil is smart enough to copy some from this religion and some from that religion and come up with a cocktail mixture of a new theology. They deny the deity of Jesus Christ. These people consider Jesus as one of the prophets. They believe Muhammad as a superior prophet over Jesus Christ, the creator Himself. Jesus Christ is not some ordinary human being. He is God manifested in flesh.
He is the beginning and He is the end. That means Lord Jesus Christ has no beginning and no end. It is not just Islam that practices false religion but there are hundreds of them similar to that. Another way to look at Islam religion is by looking at the life of Muhammad. Any person who calls himself a prophet must first qualify as a prophet. Their primary role was to make known the Word of God, and this often involved calling people back to obedience to God. It was often dangerous to be a prophet. People mocked, imprisoned, and persecuted God’s prophets. In the Bible, prophets urged the people to repent and foretold of the birth, death, and Resurrection of Jesus Christ. Did Muhammad prophecy anything about God of the Bible? No. Not a single thing. Instead before his death, he forcefully converted most of the Arabian Peninsula to his new faith and built a small empire. Unfortunately, Muhammad had not designated a successor. The struggle over leadership that followed his death has divided Muslims to this day, creating a division in Islam between the Sunnis and Shiites. That story is for another day. Another term in which some Muslim sects believe is jihad.
Belief in jihad is a common thread to many Islamic sects. Although the exact meaning of the Arabic is difficult to express in English, jihad is most accurately translated as “struggle.” For most Muslims, jihad is a personal struggle against evil. The holy battles of this spiritual struggle are fought inside Muslims’ minds and souls.
The Word of God forbids sectarianism. It means excessive attachment to a particular sect or party, especially in religion.
Gospel of Matthew 10 vs 33 says, “But whoever denies Me before men, him I will also deny before My Father who is in heaven.”
Those people that deny Christ before men will be denied by Jesus Christ Himself before His Father who is in heaven. You better believe this and take it seriously. Because one’s eternal life entirely depends on this truth.
More next time.
May we give thanks to God the Father through Jesus Christ for enabling us to understand what it means to seek the glory of God.
In Jesus name. Amen.
Maranatha!
