John 8:49

⁴⁹ Jesus answered, “I do not have a demon; but I honor My Father, and you dishonor Me.

Have you read the news lately? The news of this world has one common thing that is being reported. No matter whether it is through the web, or through the printed media or through the social media the news that is being reported is depressing. Even though if someone is not a born again believer, there is a pressure that is being applied to the normal person to accept the things of this world.

Now why do you think the news of this world is rapidly changing to worse than the previous generation? It is because people have suppressed the God given minds and have substituted with their own understanding and thinking. And when man substitutes his thinking over God given ability to think, then that person is lost for eternity. He has lost the ability to distinguish between the good and the bad, between right and wrong. The current understanding of a person who has no God to guide them is completely lost.

When I say lost it means, they have no morals to control their ideologies. If one does not understand the God given morals then that person is doomed for destruction. Man is by nature is corrupted. He builds his life based on a bunch of lies. If he does not realize to correct his life by God given morals then he is lost. The world cannot direct anyone to finding the true God. A person has his identity only in God. If he does not know God, then he has no identity.

John 8:44

⁴⁴ You are of your father the devil, and the desires of your father you want to do. He was a murderer from the beginning, and does not stand in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaks a lie, he speaks from his own resources, for he is a liar and the father of it. 

In the above passage when Jesus spoke to the Jews by saying that they were of their father, the devil and every one of them were liars. The Jews then bounced back and accused our Lord Jesus that He was a Samaritan and possessed by a demon.

John 8:48

⁴⁸ Then the Jews answered and said to Him, “Do we not say rightly that You are a Samaritan and have a demon?”

You see when a Christian tells the world to believe in Christ, the world in return calls the Christian a demon possessed person. The devil manipulates the true Word of God and turns it into his own advantage. The job of the devil is to blame the children of God. He is the accuser of the brethren. In other words the world always blames the children of God. So is the case with Christ Jesus Himself. He was being accused by the Jews. Even today that is the case. When a Christian tries to save a person from going to hell, they call that Christian a demon possessed person. From their point of view, the Christian is the bad guy and the unbeliever is the good guy. Since they don’t follow the morals of God, they are unable to distinguish between the right and the wrong.

Lord Jesus Christ has been given the authority by His Father over all flesh whether living or dead. One day every person of this world past, present and future will be held accountable for their actions against our Savior. Jesus will judge us for our actions. No one can escape His judgment.

The buck stops with God. He will decide the fate of these individuals who have been rejecting His Son Lord Jesus Christ. No other man made gods can protect anyone from the impending wrath that is coming on the entire world. You are warned.
