Lamentations 3:22

²² Through the Lord’s mercies we are not consumed,
Because His compassions fail not.

The Bible describes that flesh and blood cannot inherit the kingdom of God. One might wonder why flesh is unable to inherit the kingdom of God. God’s kingdom is a place where there is no room for corruption. The kingdom of God is pure and holy. There will be no hint of tears or sorrow, no illnesses, no wars, no jealousy, no pride, no impure thoughts, no lustful thoughts in heaven. The flesh has been corrupted due to the sinful nature of man. Everyone of us have inherited the sin nature through our ancestor Adam, who was first man that God created. Adam failed miserably by disobeying God’s order. Thus the consequence of disobedience of God’s order lead Adam and Eve to be kicked out of the garden of Eden.

When the Lord cursed Adam and Eve it affected the flesh of Adam and Eve. Thus the entire humanity is cursed without any exceptions. Because of this man’s thoughts are way below God’s thoughts. God is a holy God. Nothing impure can exist in His realm. Men have lost their way in finding the true God. Without accepting the free gift of salvation through His Son Jesus Christ no one can know who the Father is. The Bible declares in Romans chapter three and verse twenty three:

Romans 3:23

²³ for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God,

The above verse means there’s no one that is sinless. Because everyone of them carries the same sinful nature as Adam. This is the reason so many people claim to know God but in reality they do not have a clue who God the Father is and His Son Jesus Christ is. God appointed man to live on this earth. He gave man a certain lifespan to live. After that the Lord appointed for man face the judgement. But until then man has been given the opportunity to surrender his life to Jesus Christ who is the judge of the living and the dead. The flesh might rot and decay but the soul of that person will have to answer God for the kind of life that he or she lived on this earth.

Let us all pray that the order of God will be restored once for all. People need to understand because of the mercies of God, we are not consumed.

The Bible declares that Lord Jesus Christ is the judge of the living and the dead. The first advent Jesus came as the Son of Man. The second advent, Lord Jesus Christ will come as the avenger. He will return as the King of kings and the Lord of lords. There’s no escape from His judgements. Seek the Lord Jesus Christ while He is found.

Let us not forget to pray for the peace of Jerusalem.

Psalm 122:6

⁶ Pray for the peace of Jerusalem:
“May they prosper who love you.

Have you received the free gift of salvation through Christ Jesus? It is not too late. The Bible in Acts 16 verse 31 says this:

Acts 16:31

³¹ So they said, “Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and you will be saved, you and your household.”

Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ and you will be saved, you and your household.
