Psalm 97:3-4

³ A fire goes before Him,
And burns up His enemies round about.
⁴ His lightnings light the world;
The earth sees and trembles.

Great sheets of fire sweep before Him, consuming those who do not know God and who do not obey the Gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ.

2 Thessalonians 1:8:

⁸ in flaming fire taking vengeance on those who do not know God, and on those who do not obey the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ.

The lightnings of His judgments illuminate the countryside. People look on in terror. This is the time when “every mountain and hill shall be brought low”.

Isaiah 40:4:

⁴ Every valley shall be exalted
And every mountain and hill brought low;
The crooked places shall be made straight
And the rough places smooth;

In other words, when everything that lifts itself against the knowledge of God shall be humbled. The earth sees and trembles when the Lord God Almighty judges the people of this world. It is going to be a very scary day. Billions of souls are at risk following the false doctrines of this world. The great philosophers, and the great atheists, the great communists and wicked people from all walks of life including the greatest rulers of this earth will be brought back from their graves and will be held accountable for their earthly actions. They will stand in the judgement of God. Lord Jesus Christ is going to judge by His Righteousness. Every wicked and evil act committed by men and women and children is recorded in the Books. There’s no escape from His judgements.

The Word of God is so sweet and so powerful. It is filled with the Glory of God. Did it ever occur to you that every time a person reads the Word of God and prays, one can feel the power and the presence of God? Did you know that even demons tremble in the presence of God? The only way to make the Devil flee is by meditating on the Word of God.

Have you received the free gift of salvation through Christ Jesus? It is not too late. The Bible in Acts 16 verse 31 says this:

Acts 16:31

³¹ So they said, “Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and you will be saved, you and your household.”

Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ and you will be saved, you and your household.
