Jeremiah 10:12

¹² He has made the earth by His power,
He has established the world by His wisdom,
And has stretched out the heavens at His discretion.

No scientist(s) can ever describe how the earth was formed or who formed it. Not even in a gazillion years man is able to fathom or comprehend how the earth was shaped and how billions and billions of creatures including human beings survive on this earth. The understanding and wisdom that man possess is given by God to man.

Did you know that the heart beats according to God’s plan for that person? Today there’s so much research going on to extend human life or find an elixir to have an uninterrupted life forever. No research can succeed in finding this type invention. According to the time of God, man completes his journey on this earth and there is no one that can stop it.

Out of the vast knowledge and wisdom of our Lord Jesus Christ, He has shared only a fraction with the people of this world. Today when we see man acting to his own desires, this shows that how little does humans know about Lord Jesus Christ.

People build tall structures to establish religions. They build temples, mosques, synagogues and other religious institutions without any understanding of who God is. They make these places as their religious symbols. Did you know the ruler of this Universe was born in the city of David called Bethlehem? Christ was born in a manger. He did not chose to be born in an extravagant place or a high place. Instead He chose to be born amidst the animals.

Please allow me to highlight the Birth of Lord Jesus Christ. His birth was announced by the Angels to a few selected people. Christ’s birth was foretold by the prophet Moses. Several Messianic prophecies are recorded throughout the Bible about the birth of Christ. Isaiah prophesied 700 years ago. And not to mention Angel Gabriel and other Angels announced the birth of Christ. Many men were looking for the appearance of the Messiah for many many years. Simeon was one of them. Last but not the least a Star guided the wise men from the East.

He came into this world with no fanfare. Lord Jesus Christ began His life on this earth as a hard working Son of a carpenter. For anyone to reject the Living Son of God will be the most foolish thing to do.

This Christmas season let us all seek Lord Jesus Christ. This is the Gift that the Father will lavish upon anyone who seeks His Son.
