2 Timothy 3:1

3 But know this, that in the last days perilous times will come:

Can the blind lead the blind? This is in no way making a derogatory statement. Blindness equates to ignorance and a lack of ability to judge or even to know what is going on. Lord Jesus Christ said this in:

Matthew 15:14

¹⁴ Let them alone. They are blind leaders of the blind. And if the blind leads the blind, both will fall into a ditch.”

Jesus was responding to His disciples claiming that the Pharisees were offended by the statements that Jesus made. In today’s world if anyone were to say the above statement it would be politically incorrect. In reality a blind person depending on the degree of blindness may only see light. Others may see blurry shapes, figures, or colors. People with total blindness cannot see anything.

What Jesus was saying was that the Pharisees lips and their hearts was far from each other. With their lips they pretended to worship God but their hearts were far from God. In other words our lips and our hearts have to be in sync so that when we worship God it cannot be two different things.

In these last days we see the same happening all over the world. All the world leaders have no understanding of who God is and how He operates. Instead, these leaders pretend as if they are gods and implement whatever comes to their mind. They force you to accept their behavior.

John 3:16

¹⁶ For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.

God loves every one of us. There are no exceptions. But do you love God? Our eternity depends upon whether we love God or not. If anyone does not love His Son Lord Jesus Christ, then he or she will not inherit the kingdom of God.
