The Day of the LORD
What is the purpose of the tribulation one might ask? The main purpose of the tribulation is to get the attention of the Jewish people. Currently the Jews do not believe that the Messiah came two thousand years ago and that He was born in the City of David called Bethlehem and that He grew up in the town of Nazareth and walked in the streets of Galilee, Jerusalem, Bethany and other places and that He was sentenced to death by the crucifixion on the false pretense of the Sanhedrin consisting of the Jewish Pharisees and the Sadducees.
Lord Jesus Christ came into this world to save His own people but His own people disowned Him and lead Him to the cross. To this day the Jews reject the notion of the Jesus Christ as the Messiah of the world. Two thousand plus years have passed by and still the Jews are in denial. The tribulation will be the time that God the Lord will open their blinded eyes to the Gospel of Lord Jesus Christ.
The day they find out what they did to our Lord Jesus Christ when He walked on the earth and how they treated Him, they will wail and mourn for our Lord like no other times in the history of this world. The Word of God is very clear that whoever treats our Lord Jesus Christ without glorifying Him and give Him the place in their hearts, they will be judged by the way they judged Lord Jesus Christ and worse. Lord Jesus said this in:
Matthew 26:24
24 The Son of Man indeed goes just as it is written of Him, but woe to that man by whom the Son of Man is betrayed! It would have been good for that man if he had not been born.”
Even though the above saying was meant for Judas, it also has a similar meaning to all those who reject Lord Jesus Christ. It does not matter to what religion or creed one belongs to.
May all the power and may all the glory belong to our God through His Son Lord Jesus Christ. Amen.
John 14:6
6 Jesus said to him, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me.
May the grace of Lord Jesus Christ, and the love of God, and the communion of the Holy Spirit be with you all. Amen.
What a mighty God is our Lord Jesus Christ! Praise Him!
In Jesus precious name! Amen.
Maranatha!
