The Day Of The Lord

The prophet Zechariah writes in the Book of Zechariah chapter fourteen and verse two this:

Zechariah 14:2a

² For I will gather all the nations to battle against Jerusalem;

The great God Himself is declaring through the prophet Zechariah that He will gather all the nations to battle against Jerusalem. You see the current times that we (the current generation) are living in, it is not hard to believe that Israel is being isolated and cornered into giving up the land that was promised by God to Abraham.

Ever since the Hamas attacked the Israelis on October 7th, 2023, the Jewish people have been facing an uphill battle trying to protect their land and their people. Israel is surrounded by the enemy nations. Beginning with Syria, Lebanon, Jordan, Iran, Iraq, and Egypt. Not to mention the West Bank and the Gaza. Since the time Israel was recognized as a nation in 1948, the nation has been facing continuous battles with the neighboring countries.

As the nations eye on the prized possession to capture the City of David Jerusalem, the Lord God of Israel will interfere and will not allow this to happen. Instead the God of Israel will open the Jewish people’s eyes to know who the Messiah is.

Zechariah 12:3 says this:

³ And it shall happen in that day that I will make Jerusalem a very heavy stone for all peoples; all who would heave it away will surely be cut in pieces, though all nations of the earth are gathered against it.

May all the power and may all the glory belong to our God The Father, through His Son Lord Jesus Christ. Amen.

John 14:6

⁶ Jesus said to him, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me.

May the grace of Lord Jesus Christ, and the love of God, and the communion of the Holy Spirit be with you all. Amen.

What a mighty God is our Lord Jesus Christ! Praise Him!
