Hebrews 13:5

^5b For He Himself has said, “I will never leave you nor forsake you.”

God’s promises are forever. Have you ever thought about God never leaving us nor forsaking us?

In other words God is assuring every born again believer that He is going to be with us not only throughout our lifetime on this earth but also beyond this life through the eternity.

As human beings many times we fail on our promises to our spouses, we fail on our promises to our children and we fail to keep up with the promises of self control. But God’s promise is unconditional and unwavering. He will never leave us nor forsake us. Meaning He will never abandon us.

Let’s all ponder today on how God will never leave us nor forsake us. This is the reason we should never forget to thank Him always for His promises. As we breathe in and out so our thanksgiving to God should be without a break continuously worshipping Him throughout the day and night. Even in our subconsciousness we are to train our mind to praise and thank God for His faithfulness.

Now to Him who is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us, to Him be glory in the church by Christ Jesus to all generations, forever and ever. Amen.

What a mighty God is our Lord Jesus Christ! Praise Him!
