Matthew 4:17

¹⁷ From that time Jesus began to preach and to say, “Repent, for the kingdom of heaven is at hand.”

If a person does not believe in the original sin of Adam and Eve, then it does not matter whether a person is of the Jewish origin or a person of Islamic origin. Because both of these religions deny man’s fall in the Garden of Eden.

One cannot relate to Adam and Abraham and Moses as their ancestors by not believing in the first man’s sin. If we elaborate on the Mosaic law, we see that God gave the law to Moses because of man’s heart was desperately wicked and filled with evil desires. The reason man’s heart was deceitful because of the original sin of Adam, man inherited Adam’s qualities.

Adam and Eve lost their original righteousness and the image of God was distorted after they ate the forbidden fruit. Their bodies became subject to sickness, corruption, and death.  Adam’s sin was passed down to his descendants meaning the human race through heredity. The mankind is born into a state of sinfulness. 

If a person ignores the truth about the original sin, then it does not matter whether they are a descendent of Abraham or Moses and or Mohammed. Because they too were born sinners.

Jewish and the Muslim people do not believe in the original sin. Instead, they believe that people are born pure and have the free will to choose between good and evil. Their notion is wrong because if one thinks he is born pure then there won’t be a need for worshipping God.

This is what happens to a person who goes by the free will rule.

Because of man’s free will he was able to scheme religion for his own pleasure which is false in nature.

The truth comes from God alone. For this reason, Christ came into this world to show us the way to God and to remind us that we are sinners. One cannot be saved by Mohamed, or by Buddha or by Sages. All of the mentioned people were sinners by birth. Not even Abraham or Moses can save anyone from their sins. Nor Mary or Pope or some other representative of Apostle Peter can save anyone from going to hell.

Lord Jesus Christ alone has the power to forgive any and all sins of man. Only Christ can set free from the dominion of darkness into His marvelous light. For all have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God. Only those who repent of their sins and confess that Jesus Christ is their Lord are cleansed of their sins. There’s no other way.

The grace of the Lord Jesus Christ, and the love of God, and the communion of the Holy Spirit be with you all. Amen.
