JOHN 1:9

⁹ That was the true Light which gives light to every man coming into the world.

John the Baptist according to the Scriptures is the forerunner of Jesus Christ.

John 1:6-7

⁶ There was a man sent from God, whose name was John. ⁷ This man came for a witness, to bear witness of the Light, that all through him might believe.

The Light that John the Baptist was talking about was Jesus Christ. He is the light of the world. Without Him nothing was made. Whether the world believes this truth or ignores it is up to the world.

John 1:3 declares that:

³ All things were made through Him, and without Him nothing was made that was made.

Lord Jesus Christ Himself declares that He is the light of the world.

John 8:12

¹² Then Jesus spoke to them again, saying, “I am the light of the world. He who follows Me shall not walk in darkness, but have the light of life.”

The world we walk in is filled with darkness because we live in a fallen world. The people who walk in darkness are prone to stumble because they are not sure where they are going.

The Light of the world is available to all those who are walking in the darkness. It is not too late to seek Jesus Christ. As long as a person is still alive, and seeks Christ as his Savior, Jesus is able to save them.

Unless there is crucifixion, there is no resurrection.

Unless there is death, there is no life.

If anyone wants to become a born again believer all they have to do is say this prayer:

Dear heavenly Father, please accept me just the way I am. Father, from this time on I surrender and commit my life unto You. I am a sinner and I have sinned against You and Your Son. I have wasted the precious time You have given me. Please forgive my sins and give me the eternal life through the shed blood of Jesus Christ on the cross of Calvary. Father, use me for your glory. In Jesus precious name I offer this prayer. Amen and Amen.

If you said this prayer you have instantly become a born again believer in Jesus Christ.

May the grace of the Lord Jesus Christ, and the love of God, and the communion of the Holy Spirit be with you all. Amen.
