DISCERNMENT

No one can say that they know God without knowing Jesus Christ. God does not reveal Himself first without revealing Jesus Christ in this age. In the Old Testament God revealed Himself only to certain men that He chose. These men in turn lead a larger congregation. Moses was one of the men that God revealed Himself and was ordained to lead the Israelites from the land of Goshen.

Since the advent of Jesus Christ, God has ordained His Son to lead all those who are saved by the blood of the Lamb of God.

Matthew 11:27

²⁷ All things have been delivered to Me by My Father, and no one knows the Son except the Father. Nor does anyone know the Father except the Son, and the one to whom the Son wills to reveal Him.

Lord Jesus Christ Himself declared in the above verse that no one knows the Father except Jesus Christ, The Son of God. It is the Lord Jesus Christ who decides to reveal His Father. So, all those out there proclaiming to know the Father without knowing the Son are false teachers.

Ephesians 1:22

²² And He put all things under His feet, and gave Him to behead over all things to the church,

The above verse declares that God put all things that is, things that belong in the heaven, things on the earth and things under the earth under the Feet of our Lord Jesus Christ. He is the Head of the body of born again believers.

The grace of the Lord Jesus Christ, and the love of God, and the communion of the Holy Spirit be with you all. Amen.
