What’s in a name?
Philippians 2:10
10 that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of those in heaven, and of those on earth, and of those under the earth,
What does it mean that every knee should bow? Apostle Paul said that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow whether the dead people from the past, or the living or the people that are going to be born in the future. For centuries people have been taking lightly the Word of God and living in sin. In today’s world, people have no clue or have no understanding that this world and everything that is in this world was created by God and is subjected to Him. God has sovereignty over everything in this Universe. Nothing escapes from Him. There is no chance that any single person will ever escape from the judgment of God. On that judgment day, every soul that has ever rejected Christ will bow their knees and confess that Jesus is Lord.
On the day of judgment the unbelievers will not be given opportunity to confess their sins. They will never be forgiven of their sins nor reconciled to God. Any person living anywhere on this planet earth and dies without confessing that Jesus is Lord instantly lands in hell along with the followers of the devil. The hell is a place where there will be non-stop torment of the souls that have rejected Christ while living on the earth. There are many who do not believe that hell exists. But that is their problem. Hell is there for real.
As long as the person is still breathing, he/she will have the opportunity to seek the Living God. It is not too late to seek Jesus Christ. Now is the time to believe in Lord Jesus Christ. He is the only One and the only way to God the Father, who can save us from our sins. No other man made gods can protect anyone from the impending wrath that is coming on the entire world. You are warned.
