BIBLE FACTS OF THE DAY

1 Corinthians 8:6

⁶ yet for us there is one God, the Father, of whom are all things, and we for Him; and one Lord Jesus Christ, through whom are all things, and through whom we live.

The Word of God or the Bible clearly defines how a believer should build his or her faith in God. A believer should believe that there is one God and one Lord Jesus Christ. This doesn’t mean that there are two them but one for in Jesus dwells all the fullness of the Godhead bodily; Jesus Christ is the incarnate Son of God which means He is fully God. Colossians 2:9 says that all of God lives fully in Christ.

The world denies this truth. However, for us believers, there is one God the Father. All things come from Him, and we belong to Him. And there is one Lord Jesus Christ. All things exist through Him, and we live through Him.

Today there are millions of people who do not know who God the Father is. Because they do not know who the Lord Jesus Christ is. For this reason Lord Jesus Christ came into this world the first time to show us the way to the Father. In Jesus name! Amen.
