God appointed Abraham as the first patriarch through which the Israelites descended but most importantly Lord Jesus Christ chose this lineage to come into the world. There’s a passage in the Bible that says:

Galatians 4:4

⁴ But when the fullness of the time had come, God sent forth His Son, born of a woman, born under the law, 

God knew what would happen to the human race that He created. It began in the garden of Eden. After the human race was corrupted because of Adam’s sin, God had come up with a way, a plan to redeem His people to Himself. Approximately two thousand years after Abraham, God sends His Son Jesus Christ into this world. The above verse from the book of Galatians declares that when the fullness of time had come, God sent forth His Son.

It means that at the appropriate time or the appointed time Jesus Christ came into the world. God does not do anything unplanned. For example, the dusk and dawn are a planned event by God. Men can plan many things but there’s no guarantee that they can fulfill it.

The grace of the Lord Jesus Christ, and the love of God, and the communion of the Holy Spirit be with you all. Amen.
