PART 4 — “THE TEARS OF THE REJECTED KING”
1. Jesus Was Rejected by Men
He was:
- mocked,
- betrayed,
- abandoned,
- falsely accused,
- and crucified.
The Creator came to His creation, and they rejected Him.
2. Christ Understands Rejection
Many believers carry wounds from:
- betrayal,
- abandonment,
- criticism,
- loneliness.
Jesus understands every tear.
3. The Tears of Christ Bring Healing
Isaiah 53:5
“By His stripes we are healed.”
The rejected Savior restores rejected people.
4. God Turns Sorrow Into Glory
The cross looked like defeat.
But it became the greatest victory in history.
Your suffering is not the end of your story.
Conclusion
The Man of Sorrows became the King of Glory.
His tears purchased eternal redemption.
Closing Prayer
Lord Jesus,
You were rejected, mocked, abandoned, and crucified for our salvation. Yet through Your suffering came redemption and healing.
Today we bring before You every wounded heart, every pain of rejection, every betrayal, and every hidden sorrow. Heal Your people, Lord. Restore those who feel forgotten and strengthen those who feel abandoned.
Thank You that You understand every human pain because You Yourself were a Man of Sorrows. Let Your presence fill every broken place.
Teach us to endure suffering with faith and humility. Let us never turn away from the cross, but help us follow You faithfully until the end.
May Your glory be revealed through every trial we face.
In Jesus Christ’s holy name,
Amen.
Maranatha! Come Lord Jesus!
