Bible Facts Of The Day, July 25, 2026 “Lifted Hands: From the Cross to Victory – Part IV”

Part 4 — Our Lifted Hands: Living in Christ’s Victory

Primary Text

Romans 8:37

“Yet in all these things we are more than conquerors through Him who loved us.”

Introduction

Because Christ has already won the victory, believers do not fight for victory—they fight from victory.

Our worship becomes a declaration that Christ has already conquered.

Why Do We Lift Our Hands Today?

Because Christ has forgiven us.

Because Christ has redeemed us.

Because Christ has defeated death.

Because Christ intercedes for us.

Because Christ is coming again.

Worship Becomes Warfare

Praise silences fear.

Faith overcomes anxiety.

Prayer strengthens weary hearts.

Worship shifts our focus from problems to God’s greatness.

The enemy fears believers who truly know the victory of the cross.

Practical Application

Lift your hands:

  • During worship.
  • During prayer.
  • During thanksgiving.
  • During trials.
  • During victories.
  • During seasons of waiting.

Every lifted hand declares:

“My trust is in Jesus Christ.”

Closing

Our lifted hands are not an attempt to earn God’s favor.

They are the grateful response of those already redeemed by the lifted hands of Christ.
