Bible Facts Of The Day, September 01, 2026 “The Sevenfold Fullness Of Jesus Christ – Part IV”

PART IV — STRENGTH

THE LAMB WHO CANNOT BE OVERCOME

Revelation 5:12 — “…and STRENGTH…”

Strength is demonstrated not merely by what you can destroy but also by what you can endure.

Look at Jesus.

1. Strength in Temptation

Forty days in the wilderness.

Hungry.

Physically weakened.

Satan tempted Him.

Yet Christ never sinned.

Adam fell in a garden surrounded by abundance.

Christ stood victorious in a wilderness surrounded by deprivation.

2. Strength in Opposition

Religious leaders attacked Him.

People misunderstood Him.

His hometown rejected Him.

His disciples sometimes disappointed Him.

Yet He continued toward Jerusalem.

3. Strength at Gethsemane

Jesus prayed:

“Nevertheless not My will, but Yours, be done.”
— Luke 22:42

That is spiritual strength.

Strength is surrendering your will completely to the Father.

4. Strength at Calvary

He could have called angels.

He could have destroyed His enemies.

He could have come down from the cross.

But He remained.

Why?

Love held Him there.

5. Strength in Resurrection

The grave received Him Friday.

But the grave surrendered Him Sunday.

Death met Someone stronger than death.

Application

Christian strength does not mean:

“I can handle everything.”

It means:

“I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.”
— Philippians 4:13

Our strength is borrowed strength.

His strength is eternal strength.

Worthy is the Lamb to receive STRENGTH!

“Maranatha! Even so, come, Lord Jesus!”
