BIBLE FACTS OF THE DAY

1. God Sees the Righteous in a Corrupt Generation

The world in Noah’s time was filled with violence, wickedness, and rebellion against God. Humanity had drifted far from its Creator. Yet in the middle of that darkness, God saw one man who walked with Him.

God said to Noah, “I have seen thee righteous before me.”

This reminds us that God always sees faithfulness, even when the world is falling apart. You may live in a generation that rejects truth, mocks righteousness, and celebrates sin—but God is still looking for people who will stand for Him.

Noah didn’t follow the crowd.
He followed God.

And when God looked across the earth, Noah stood out.

2. The Invitation of Grace: “Come Into the Ark”

Notice something powerful in this verse. God did not say “Go into the ark.”
He said “Come into the ark.”

That means God was already there.

The ark was not just a boat—it was a place of divine protection. It was God’s appointed refuge from the coming judgment.

The ark represents salvation.

Just as Noah entered the ark to escape the flood, today humanity must enter the salvation God has provided through Jesus Christ.

The ark had one door.
Salvation also has one door.

Jesus declared in John 10:9:

“I am the door: by me if any man enter in, he shall be saved.”

3. Salvation Extends to the Household

God said:
“Come into the ark, you and all your household.”

Noah’s obedience didn’t just affect him—it saved his family.

Your faith can influence your home.
Your obedience can open the door for your children, your spouse, and those around you.

God’s desire has always been household salvation.

We see this again in Acts 16:31:

“Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and thou shalt be saved, and thy house.”

4. Judgment Was Coming—but So Was Mercy

The flood represented God’s judgment on sin. But before the rain ever fell, God provided a way of escape.

God always warns before He judges.

Just as Noah’s generation faced the flood, the Bible teaches that a final judgment is coming. But once again, God has provided an ark of salvation through Christ.

Today the invitation is still open.

God is still saying:

“Come.”

5. The Door Will Not Stay Open Forever

After Noah entered the ark, the Bible says in Genesis 7:16 that the Lord shut the door.

There came a moment when it was too late.

One day the door of grace will close. The opportunity to enter will end.

That is why the Bible says in 2 Corinthians 6:2:

“Behold, now is the accepted time; behold, now is the day of salvation.”

Conclusion: God Is Calling Today

In a world filled with confusion, violence, and spiritual darkness, God is still calling people into His salvation.

Just as He called Noah, He calls us today:

Come into the ark.
Come into safety.
Come into salvation.

Because when the storm begins, the only place of safety is inside what God has provided.

And that ark today is Jesus Christ.
